The Maya shamans believe that "those who are sick in body are believed to be first sick in spirit". As a Business Shaman, I believe if your business is sick, then the first place to look is at the spirit, or lifeforce of your customers, your staff, and your own heart as the business owner.
I will teach you how to build a simple Business Medicine Wheel; a visual prop to organize your priorities and make tangible the concept of Mind, Body, and Spirit of a business or organization. It is the structure from which all decisions are made, all policies are implemented, all results are evaluated. It's a foundation which firmly supports the "brass tacks" of business, as well as a sustainable operation with a heart.

If you believe your business, your staff, and your customers are to be honored; if you feel humbled and grateful to be of and in service to them, if your dealings, honest; your dedication, devoted and connected, and as the leader you will do what it takes to heal your business when it is sick, whether it is with old or new ways, traditional or non-traditional, then YOU are a Business Shaman too.
